So here is my another monthly income report. At the beginning I would like to thank to all my loyal readers that are visiting my site (leave a comment on this post with a short HI if you want me to keep writing more reports). It is little late to write report for the May - but as the popular saying in Poland tells - better late than never. My last moth was a best since I gave up a day job. Many factors have caused it as I got cash flow from a lot of different income sources.

I know that many of my blog readers have subscribed my RSS Feed only for my monthly income reports. And as I want to make you happy here is my report from last month. April have ended over two weeks ago and now I am ready to sum everything and provide you my money making details. I hope it will inspire some of you to try your skills in making money from independent web & software development. I know that at all it is not much for most of you but it is still my beginning and I am hardly working to increase my income - I will write about it more at the end of the post.
I did it! Really! It was my first time! No... it is not my business on NASDAQ... At least not yet... It is my first time when I bought something in the world wide known online shop Amazon! It was a really nice feeling to buy something from guy who started his business in the garage! I have received a lot of very positive feedback after publishing my income reports and a lot of questions about details of my money making methods. It is why I have decided to start a series of the posts with quick money making tips. I will try to share at last one method per month (so subscribe for my blog updates for more!). Most of them (if not all) will be methods that may be used by someone that have not done anything similar online and currently have no any experience in making money from the web. Today I will share with all of you one of my very successful methods that I have not been expecting to be so profitable. I have made over $500 in less than two weeks with very low traffic to my blog.
Would you believe that the website that made $500 in 8 days and have a lot more of potential may be for sale? You may be very surprised but it is! I am selling one of my websites that was very popular last days. It made me exactly $509.60 in 8 days (until today it is almost $600). What website is it? It is more than a website as I am selling a full copy/resale right to my report published as an ebook and website that is describing it.
I have promised you to make monthly reports about my online income since I gave up my full time job. It is quite a lot of time till next month... but I couldn't resist! As you know from my last income report in previous month I have earned less than $600. As I wrote then I have been expecting more this month as most of my work do not bring instant cash...
So here it is! My long awaited income report number 1. Over a month ago I have been writing about "Giving up my day job" and provided my income plans (part 2 here). I have promised you to post my income report every month. So now you may read it! My income report number 1! Unfortunately you won't see a huge number in here as I am still building my online business. But I hope to provide you more interesting reports each month :) At least I'll do my best to grow the numbers each month.
You have some spare $5k? Today I will learn you how irreversibly get rid of it in very stupid way. As everyone most easily learn on examples I will present you a one. You know that in website flipping industry (buying and selling websites) is a lot of money. Just to make you sure flippa have just announced on twitter that they have beaten a new record by selling websites worth $2M in March! So it looks that if you want to get rid of $5k you may buy a website!
But you have to be really careful when buying a website! As by mistake you may buy some really great money maker! And you won't be able to loose your $5k!
If you are self employed or have your own company there is such a moment... Very strange moment. When you finish your project. You used to spent a lot of time working on it. Making it perfect. You spent a piece of your life for it... And then... Suddenly... It ends... Sometimes not so suddenly... you might be expecting it should end someday... But this moment always need to come. It is always the hardest at the beginning. Especially when you have no portfolio that you can show and no real world contacts that my help you to be promoted. No one really cares that your are good in this what are you doing and that you have awesome knowledge on subject.
